Update on Trenton's schooling

Dear praying friend,

Thank you for praying for Trenton. On Wednesday I returned from several days of ministry in a church. Seeing I leave again tomorrow (Saturday), I decided to nudge the process along by calling the admissions director at Foothills Academy yesterday morning. She was understanding and arranged for us to meet with her this morning!

They gave us a very positive report on Trenton's 2 days there at the beginning of this week and said they felt he would fit the class they have for his age level! So Praise the Lord, he has been accepted! He will begin on Monday! Please join us in giving thanks to the Lord for directing us in this way and for answering our prayers!

Please continue to pray for him especially as he has begun to enjoy the public school and has made friends in his class, so emotionally it will be difficult to switch schools. Also he is behind at Foothills because the acceptance process took this long.

Our major prayer request now for Trenton is that he will make great progress during this next year so that we will be able to return to Japan as scheduled, at the end of June 2007. The director said we shouldn't expect any miracles. Well, we are! Not from them, but from our loving Heavenly Father. We are trusting God for a breakthrough year. Please join us in praying for this request and that God will receive much glory in the process!
